Dental agenesis can occur due to various factors, and patients typically seek treatment at a young age, when they are seeking social integration. Traditional and technological treatments, despite offering a longer survival rate, are often not viable due to cost and invasiveness in a young person. Therefore, one option may be the fabrication of indirect adhesive bridges using fiberglass-reinforced composite resin. This study aimed to conduct a literature review on the use of resin bridges, along with a case report of the rehabilitation of a case of agenesis of the upper central incisors using a fiberglass-reinforced composite resin adhesive bridge. Given the options, a technique was chosen that aligned with the patient's cost and expectations, even knowing that alternatives with a higher survival rate exist. Despite the lower longevity of resin adhesive bridges, this alternative allowed for the preservation of abutment teeth for later use. The treatment of agenesis resulted in a significant improvement in the patient's quality of life.
